Our goal is to maintain happy customers, so if you should ever find you have a problem with one of our accessories, we will try our best to work it out to everybody's satisfaction. Please call us at 1-800-558-2337 with any warranty or return questions you may have.

EBK Wireless offers a Limited Life Time Warranty against manufacturer's defects under normal use on our Premium Plug-In Car Chargers & AC Travel Chargers, a Three Year Warranty on our Rechargeable Batteries, 90 Day Warranty on our Economy Plug-in Car Chargers and a One Year Warranty on all other items unless otherwise noted. This warranty extends to the original buyer only and is not transferable. EBK Wireless, at its option, will at no charge either repair or replace the defective accessory during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, tampering, water or climate damage. We of course do not accept any items which have been purchased and used by the customer but have become obsolete because the customer has upgraded or changed to a different phone model (this applies to the warranty period and the 30 day money back guarantee).

You must return the accessory to us with the freight prepaid (EBK Wireless will not pay for freight charges on returned defective items). The returned accessory must also be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. EBK Wireless will pay for the freight on returning the replacement accessory to you.

Warranties are void on any accessory with removed or modified warranty stickers.
